We are beyond thrilled to learn that our very own K9 Keb has been selected as a 2022 Search and Rescue Dog Finalist in the American Humane Hero Dog Competition! She was selected as the Hero Dog in the Search and Rescue Category and will now join six other American Humane Hero Dogs in vying for the overall title of “American Humane Hero Dog.”
We are so thankful for all of our supporters, as well as the blue-ribbon panel of celebrities, animal care professionals and advisors involved in making the selection.
We also want to recognize K9 Lincoln and K9 Loki, Keb’s fellow nominees in the Search and Rescue category. In our mind, they are all true hero dogs for their service and dedication.
The final round of voting (for the overall American Hero Dog Award) will take place between August 8 and September 13.
